1) I resolved the issue of how representatives each state sends to Congress.
2) We resolved issues having to do with slavery.
3) I stated that there will be a limit on the number of slaves allowed into the country until 1808.
4) I resolved the issue of how many houses Congress should have - I say it will have 2.
5) The South wanted slaves to count for representation yet still not be considered citizens. I resolved that by saying each slave in southern states was equal to part of a person.
